It cost's nothing to enter. All we ask is that you donate some money towards Dorothy House on the day (or before using the GoFundMe link) if you can.
BUILT FOR EVERY LEVEL
Clear divisions so first-timers feel confident while experienced athletes stay challenged. The age range of people taking part is 18-70!


CHOOSE BETWEEN FUNCTIONAL (HYROX STYLE) OR POWERLIFTING.
Suitable for any athlete from any field! The functional event is designed to be similar to a Hyrox style workout. And Powerlifting is for those who want to set new PB's, or experienced lifters looking to get a lift in before their next meet.

The event is being held at Tribe Fitness Centre in Trowbridge.
Our address is: Tribe Fitness Centre, Unit 4, Shails Lane, Riverway, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA148NS.
We will be starting the event at 8AM, and spacing out groups by 20 minutes to avoid any 'collisions' when using equipment. So when you sign up, we will ask for a preferred time, and give you a time slot that's as close to your preferred time as possible.
Your workout will take from 40-70 minutes depending on ability, and you can head off after you've finished and recieved feedback from your judge (your allocated Tribe coach).
Results will be posted via our website after all pairs/individuals have completed the workout for the day.

EVERYONE AND ANYONE
This is suitable for lifters of ALL capabilties. Even though it's a Powerlifting competition, it's only as competetive as you make it. It's you vs you at the end of the day, and the day is a fantastic opportunity to see what you're capable of (and to get feedback from expert coaches).


ATHLETES LOOKING TO PUSH
If you are an athlete in your pre-season or pre-comp stage. It's a great way to test your peak for your next upcoming event.


PEOPLE WHO THRIVE OFF VIBE AND COMMUNITY
This is a great opportunity to get LOADS of motivation to lift a weight you've never dreamed of (under expert guidance). Use the environment & community to propel you to new heights.

The event is being held at Tribe Fitness Centre in Trowbridge.
Our address is: Tribe Fitness Centre, Unit 4, Shails Lane, Riverway, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA148NS.
All athletes must attend weigh in's Sunday between 8AM-9:30AM - you will then be given your weight category.
After weigh in's have been completed, the women will be in the first flight between 10AM-1:00PM (the structure will be standard powerlifting competition practice - squats first, bench second & deadlifts last).
The men will start at 1:30PM - 5PM (although we'd likely finish before 5PM).
Results will be posted via our website after the final lift of the day has been completed.

Dorothy House supports people with life limiting illnesses and provides care for both patients and their families during some of the hardest moments in life.
Their work goes far beyond medical support... And this is something that myself & many members truly care about, and we want to give back as best we can.
As a Gym Community we believe in pushing ourselves physically, but we also believe in using our strength to help others.
The goal is simple. Bring people together for a weekend of fitness & strength, and raise as much money as possible for a charity that supports families across our local community.
