Terms & Conditions - 8-Week Summer Body Challenge

1. The £199.94 deposit secures your place on the 8-Week Summer Body Challenge running from May 5th to June 30th 2026.

2. On day one of the challenge, each participant will set a personalised fitness goal with a Tribe coach. This goal will be agreed and documented by both parties.

3. Goal achievement will be assessed through end-of-challenge measurements taken during week 8. The assessment is conducted by Tribe coaching staff.

4. Refund eligibility requires ALL of the following: (a) the participant achieves their agreed goal, (b) the participant provides a written testimonial (minimum 2-3 sentences), (c) the participant provides before-and-after photographs, and (d) the participant completes a short feedback form. The full £199.94 deposit will be refunded within 14 working days of all conditions being met.

5. If the participant does not achieve their agreed goal, the £199.94 deposit is retained by Tribe Fitness Centre.

6. The challenge includes full access to all Tribe sessions (Classes, Group PT, open gym), body composition measurements, and access to the private WhatsApp community group.

7. Participants consent to body composition measurements (weight, tape measurements, photographs) being taken at the start and end of the challenge for goal assessment purposes.

8. Written testimonials, before/after photographs, and feedback forms are mandatory conditions of refund eligibility. Social media use of a participant's name, image, or content requires separate, explicit written consent and is NOT a condition of the refund.

9. The challenge is limited to 30 participants. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.

10. Cancellations before the challenge start date (May 5th) should be communicated directly to Tribe Fitness Centre. Cancellation terms are at the discretion of Tribe Fitness Centre.

11. Once the challenge has begun, the deposit is non-refundable except through goal achievement as outlined above.

12. Tribe Fitness Centre reserves the right to modify the challenge schedule or structure if necessary, with reasonable notice to participants.
